The helpdesk is a service provided to users with a valid support contract.
These users can contact the helpdesk regarding any difficulties or queries regarding the use of CERC software.
When contacting the helpdesk, you will be asked to provide your name, organisation, location and the 4-digit ID of the licence number of the model that you are seeking help for.
The service is available between 9:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, but excluding UK public holidays and the period 24th December to 1st January inclusive.
To assist emailing helpdesk, most of our software has an Email CERC option under the Help menu (see screen shot below).
2. The 4-digit ID corresponds to the 4th to 7th alphanumerical characters of the licence number shown in the Licence Number box, 9999 in the example below.
